  • Is my data private?
    Yes. Raw screenshots are only used for detection purposes. We do not store raw images — only blurred versions are accessible in the History page for you and your partners to review. All communication is secured using HTTPS.
  • Do I need an accountability partner to use New Life?
    No. Technically you can use New Life on your own without an accountability partner. However, using the app with an accountability partner is the main point of the app and enhances the effectiveness of alerts.
  • How can I find an accountability partner?
    Most users invite a trusted friend, family member, or mentor. There are also online communities and forums dedicated to accountability and habit-building where people look for partners. Either way, we recommend choosing someone you trust and who respects your goals. New Life itself cannot directly match you with accountability partners.

    We understand it can be difficult deciding how to approach asking someone to be your partner. We have written a short article you can find here that offers some guidance.
  • Is there a mobile version of New Life?
    Not yet — but mobile monitoring is in development for both iOS and Android. You can sign up to be notified by email when this feature becomes available in the “Upcoming Features” section.
  • Can I use it on multiple devices?
    Currently, New Life supports one Mac device per account. We’re working on multi-device sync, which will be available soon. You can sign up to be notified when this feature becomes available in the “Upcoming Features” section.
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    You can cancel anytime by logging into your account, going to Dashboard -> Subscription and then clicking the "Unsubscribe" button. You’ll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
